When the game ended in a draw, they resorted to flipping a coin, and the name went to Asprokklisiaa small village of just 340 residents that has remarkably managed to keep its kindergarten and primary school running. Ajax Asprokklisias was established in 1977 but had been dormant in recent years until the village's youth decided to bring it back to life. The revival was spearheaded by the grandson of a former team president and the so-called "Thor of Trikala," who breathed new energy into the club. Now, Ajax Asprokklisias competes in the B local league with a unique player on their rosterthe mayor himself, affectionately nicknamed "Mytoglou." Known for his unorthodox style, his best shot is said to be one made with his... nose!
