The grasslands of Northeast India are one of the most fertile habitats on earth. Hundreds of species of tall grass flourish here, allowing one of India's most iconic creatures to thrive? the Greater One-horned Rhino. This is one of the last places on earth where this gentle giant survives. Rani, an adult female has just had a baby, Rajah. This young rhino calf is only 3-month-old and his mom is his teacher, for the first year and half of his life.
