Corbin Bleu, who stars as Chad in the phenomenally successful worldwide hit movie High School Musical, has the lead role in this great film. He plays Izzy Daniels, a young boxer whose ambition is to follow in his father's footsteps and win the Golden Gloves award. But then his friend Mary (KeKe Palmer) persuades him to fill in when a member of her skipping team drops out at the last minute, before an important competition. To his surprise he finds that this is another sport he really enjoys. There are lots of laughs in this enjoyable teen comedy, as well as great musical numbers like Corbin Bleu's Push it to the Limit and Keke Palmer's It's My Turn Now, both also featured in Disney Channel's series of the film's music tracks called DC Rocks.
