Join our host, Alex Hannaford, as he travels the globe investigating some of the strangest phenomena of our times by examining evidence, interviewing eye witnesses and scientists, and searching for rational explanations. Each episode focuses on specific events or paradoxes from Europe, the US and Australia. From 20 kg "Ice Bombs" falling from cloudless skies on the East coast of America to fish raining down on the Australian outback to spontaneously exploding toads in Germany, the viewer follows Alex's quest for the truth. After gathering all of the eyewitness accounts for each phenomenon, Alex then has to search for verification and evidence in order to prove that the accounts are genuine and correct by tracking down video footage, photographs and other documentary testimony. This is then presented to scientists and experts to provide their opinion and judgement. (2015)
