Reality

"I don't think any plastic surgeon on earth has seen this," says Terry when he examines the unfortunate lady, and he has to contemplate "a nip tuck like no other." Also on the show is Karissa, a 25-year old woman who had half her lip ripped off by a dog. This has badly affected her appearance so she turns to Terry and Paul for their specialist help.
