Reality

Terry and Paul meet Melissa, an exotic dancer, who is unhappy about her breasts. She had previously sought help from another surgeon after realising other dancers had bigger breasts than she did, but unfortunately for her, the operation she received was not a success. Not only did the surgery drag her breasts down but it left her with stretch marks on her skin too, so the two doctors do what they can to remedy her frustrating problem. They also meet the world's "most identical twins", two ladies who want to be alike in every single way. After being turned down by other doctors, they come to Terry and Paul for help. They want their breasts to look identical to one another's although the doctors have to deliver some bad news to them both. The famed surgeons then meet Pam, a woman who needed to have her nose rebuilt after a swimming pool accident when she was young. Unfortunately, her previous operations weren't a success so Paul and Terry step in to give her a chance to breathe properly again.
