This series looks at the natural born killers of the animal kingdom with each episode focusing on a particular, shared aspect of what makes these creatures successful predators. In 'Little Killers', we see how a lack of physical size can be overcome when hunting prey and miniscule attackers are able to bring down prey that are massive in comparison. In 'Speed Kills', the spotlight is shone on those predators who use their incredibly fast skills to catch their food. From the fastest animal on land, the cheetah, to the stargazer fish that dispatches its prey in a tenth of a second to the deadly black mamba, some of these attacks are so fast that they cannot be captured using slow-motion. In 'Hunger Games', the emphasis is placed on the driving force behind the majority of attacks, the desire for food. (2013)
