Reality

After a botched boob job, Jessica's life was made worse when the dodgy op resulted in a flesh eating disease that ravaged her breasts. She now needs the support of Terry and Paul, the trusted plastic surgeons who have helped countless women before her. Despite the challenges ahead, Terry does what he can to save what is left of her breasts, and he gives her a new lease of life in the process. The doctors also meet Matthew, a world-famous drag queen who tried to build up his skinny body through silicone injections. Unfortunately, these resulted in an uneven six-pack so he turns to Terry and Paul for help. Matthew is overjoyed when he hears he can have surgery without the risk of complications. Then the doctors meet Shannon, a woman whose bad nose job left her with a "witchy nose". After returning to her former surgeon for help, she still wasn't happy with the final result. But after meeting with Paul, she is given hope that she will no longer have to look like "the wicked witch of the South".
